Telecommunication

Communication at the cutting edge: strong networks for digital challenges

Planning

Today, telecommunications networks are indispensable for the exchange of information and global networking. Whether for private households or large companies - high-performance networks ensure fast data transmission and smooth communication. In an increasingly digitalized world, we at TRIGIS know how to expand and modernize these infrastructures to meet growing demands.

Fiber optic networks enable lightning-fast data transmission and a stable connection, even under high loads. Compared to conventional copper lines, fiber optics offer significantly higher bandwidth and lower latency times. The switch to fiber optic technology is the key to coping with the constantly growing data volumes and requirements in the age of streaming, cloud services and 5G.

Innovative solutions for telecommunications planning

The planning of telecommunications networks requires sound technical knowledge and innovative approaches. It is not just a matter of laying cables, but also of optimally adapting to local conditions, cost factors and legal framework conditions. State-of-the-art GIS and CAD systems make it possible to develop customized and efficient solutions that accelerate the expansion of networks and reduce operating costs. At TRGIS, we pay attention to:

  • Growing requirements: The need for fast and reliable connections is constantly growing. Solutions must be future-proof and scalable.
  • Technological innovations: The use of fiber optics, 5G and other technologies requires precise planning and implementation.
  • Networking cities and rural areas: Efficient planning enables the nationwide expansion of telecommunications infrastructures, even in less densely populated regions.
  • Sustainability: Modern telecommunications infrastructures must be designed to be energy-efficient and environmentally friendly.

Whether for companies or private households - the demands on network availability and bandwidth are constantly growing. Companies depend on stable connections to be able to work smoothly, while households are using more and more data-intensive applications such as streaming and smart homes. A well thought-out telecommunications infrastructure is therefore the basis for economic growth and quality of life. TRIGIS knows smart solutions to master the challenges in the telecommunications sector.

Rough planning (structural planning)

Rough planning (structural planning)

In the structural planning phase, the approximate route of the lines is mapped out as cost-effectively as possible. The rough planning then passes through the specialist departments for coordination and approval. This determines whether other media are also involved in the planned measure.

Approval planning (routing, securing the site)

As part of the approval planning process, we obtain official statements, authorisations and approvals for the planned construction measures. For this purpose, trained employees travel to the site and discuss the future route with the responsible road authorities in order to work out an optimal route for both sides. We are committed to efficient approval procedures with clear and concise application documents that are precisely tailored to the specific requirements of the authorities.

Planning NE 3 in Megaplan, QGIS and PlanGoo V2 (copper and fibre optic)

Planning NE 3 in Megaplan, QGIS and PlanGoo V2 (copper and fibre optic)

We create expansion plans with comprehensive documentation for the construction management according to individual requirements, including LVt assembly, splicing and installation plans. We determine the material requirements and carry out a rough cost calculation.

Thanks to our continuous further development and training, projects are realised using suitable CAD programmes and state-of-the-art GIS systems. We attach great importance to compliance with funding guidelines and the GIS ancillary provisions for our clients.

House connection planning

House connection planning

We create house connection plans to prepare for the laying of telecommunications lines, construction site connections, etc.

Planning NE 4

Planning NE 4

How does the fibre optic cable get to each residential unit in apartment buildings? The fibre optic cabling inside the building is crucial for an unrestricted signal in every flat. Network level 4 describes the section between the house transfer point, which is usually located in the basement, and the central network connection in the flat. The network operator's area of responsibility for the fibre optic connection ends at the house transfer point.

We are able to plan the various expansion options for you as the homeowner, as well as the materials required, and thus provide you with a detailed overview of the costs.

Surveying

Surveying

Our surveying services include

  • Surveying of telecommunications systems in accordance with ZTV 23 or as specified by the client
  • Position and height measurement of telecommunications systems and (dimension-relevant) topography, surface survey if required
  • Creation of site plans
  • Output of dxf, pdf and coordinate files
  • Creation of cross-sections, drilling profiles etc.
  • Construction site displays, staking out and as-built location
  • Installation and measurement of cable markers
Documentation in Megaplan or TKI tool

Documentation in Megaplan or TKI tool

We document completed construction projects quickly and reliably in the various geoinformation systems using red corrections. Based on the technical expertise of our documenters, we offer first-class and error-free data acquisition.

Documentation in MEGAPLAN according to your requirements:

  • Documentation true to position and reality in accordance with ZTV 24
  • As-built corrections and incorporation of topography:
    • Positionally accurate incorporation of the location and routes
    • Adjustment and fitting in non-homogenized areas
  • Complete material and network documentation:
    • Simplified according to the GGS/GBGS concept
    • Fully wired in the individual market / special connections (C1/C2/ZKFF/...)
  • Experienced team for copper and fiber optic networks, in underground and above-ground expansion, as well as remote feeding
